What if Freedom Lived Inside Your Body?

The Moksha Method is a live, music-driven somatic experience that blends movement, inner-child repair, and subconscious healing to free yourself from what your body has been holding.

You've Been Holding More Than You Realize

The tension in your chest.
The knot in your belly.
The tight jaw.
The frozen shoulders.
The exhaustion you can’t explain.

They are
messages.

They are proof you have been:

Silencing yourself to stay safe

Swallowing emotions that had nowhere to go

Holding yourself together while you were breaking inside

Caring so deeply with nowhere to put the weight of that care

Your body has been carrying your history.
It did that in order to survive

And now…
it’s ready to
let go.

What Happens in a Moksha Method Class?

This is not choreography.
This is not about looking graceful.
This is about letting your body tell the truth.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Intuitive, music-led movement that lets emotion move rather than stay stuck.

  • Inner-child connection so the parts of you that were never heard finally have space to speak.

  • Somatic release practices to unlock where tension has been living in your muscles, fascia, and breath.

  • Grounding integration so you leave clear, steady, and present in your body.

No pressure.
No performance.

Just you, your body, your breath, and the space to finally exhale.

How You'll Feel After

When the body finally releases what it’s been holding,

there is a stillness that arrives

Expect to feel:

  • Grounded — fully in your body, not hovering outside your life

  • Clear — the mental fog lifts because there’s finally space to breathe

  • Quiet Inside — the internal pressure softens, the noise dissolves

  • Reconnected — to your intuition, your breath, your inner knowing

This is peace that comes from release.

You don’t walk out fixed.
There was never anything wrong with you.

You walk out remembered.

Remembered to your essence.
Remembered to
your body.
Remembered to the part of you that has always been
connected to something higher.
Remembered to the
self you thought you lost.

This is remembering as awakening.
This is coming home.

Testimonials

Chelsey Albert

That was MAGICAL! This method helped me move through the exact emotions I have been able to avoid in every other modality. It was beautiful and intense and I feel so so good now.

I encourage others that are hesitant or scared to step into this experience to let those fears go and feel the love that Danielle has for her clients.  I still feel supported by her energy and I am writing this the day after my experience.   I have never felt this kind of support in any class that I have taken.  This was not just a class it was a life changing experience.

The Moksha Method is the alchemy of Danielle's gifts. She has created something that truly frees people from their past and transforms their mind, body, and spirit.

I brought Danielle in for a retreat on shadow work and the amount of energy she helped these women move in an hour would have taken months or years in more traditional methods.

FAQs

What should I wear to The Moksha Method?

Wear something you can move and breathe in.
Leggings, loose pants, sports bras, tank tops — anything that feels like you. There’s no dress code and no performance here.

For virtual sessions, I recommend the use of headphones.

Do I need any prior dance experience to join?

No, The Moksha Method self led, so you move at your comfort level. There is no choreography, only listening to your body.

Are there age restrictions for The Moksha Method?

Our classes are typically suited for participants aged 16 and above.

It is not advised that women who are pregnant take Moksha due to the spiritual healing portion of the class. If you wish to attend you can opt out of that portion.

How often should can I attend classes?

We recommend allowing a week between classes to allow for integration.

Do you offer a membership?

Yes. Danielle offers The Moksha Method as part of her community membership. The membership includes weekly group coaching and a identity creation course along with periodic special events.
Details will be shared at class.

What if I cry or have a strong emotional release during class?

This is completely welcome.
Tears, sound, shaking, laughter, heat, tingling — these are all natural signs that your body is releasing what it’s been holding.

There is no embarrassment here.
No one is watching you, evaluating you, or waiting for you to “hold it together.”
This space is intentionally designed so your body can express what it has not had the chance to express before.

You will be guided, supported, and grounded throughout the process.
And you will not be rushed.
Your release is your return.
